What actions are taken within this Agreement?

One of the tangible results of this Agreement is the SIGUREC project itself! Also, the partner companies will provide their customers with a range that is as broad as possible of products packaged in different materials, so they can choose, for example, bread packaged in paper instead of plastic.

Customers will also be able to get rid of unwanted packagings on the stores’ premises, they will be informed about the possibility to buy products in reusable, returnable packagings, and about the conditions under which they can return them. In its turn, the Ministry of the Environment provides support and expertise for the awareness campaigns and also provides periodical assessments on the projects’s progress.
